Our Painting Services
Primer and Top Coat
Primers and topcoats are applied to automotive, aerospace, military, and commercial products, adhering to Mil Specs and customer requirements. We paint to specified tolerances and blueprint specifications, using low, medium, and high-solvent enamels, lacquers, and two-component coatings on a variety of metals and surfaces, all while meeting Fed-STD colour requirements.
Additionally, we offer plugging and masking services in accordance with blueprints, using stop-off lacquers, various tapes, and plugs.
Dry Film Lubricant
Dry or solid film coatings, primarily composed of graphite and molybdenum, adhere to both metallic and non-metallic substrates without leaving any runny residue. These coatings reduce friction, provide excellent lubrication, and protect against extreme conditions, such as high heat.
Many industries now prefer these coatings over conventional options due to their superior adhesion and cost-effectiveness in corrosion protection. Dry film lubricants (DFLs), including PTFE and Molybdenum Disulfide, are ideal for environments where wet lubricants can be washed away or where high temperatures are a concern.
