We are certified with AS9100 Rev. D and NADCAP, along with several OEM approvals. We ensure high standards of quality and compliance, with a state-of-the-art facility designed to offer a wide range of services to esteemed clients.

Our production facility spans 28,000 sq.ft. for surface treatment, painting, NDT, and Administration Block, with an additional 20,000 sq.ft. available for future expansion.
The Leadership
Empowering Innovation and Passion
With over 18 years of cumulative experience in surface coating, effluent treatment, greenfield projects, production, planning, new product development, and product and process qualification, Ashok Prakash, CEO of Kun-Scalexuss, possesses extensive global exposure in providing technical support and leadership.
Holding certifications in AS9100 and NADCAP, he has consistently monitored and maintained his leadership skills. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality Assurance, he excels in implementing lean manufacturing practices and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and quality while facilitating Kaizen and TPM initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has actively engaged in numerous OEM projects with Tier I and II suppliers for leading companies, including Airbus, Boeing, Collins Aerospace, Pratt Whitney, Thales, Moog, HAL, Elbit Systems, IAI, and others.
He strives for excellence and innovation in every project to ensure continued success and customer satisfaction.

01. Lead-time optimisation
We provide finishing operations at our state-of-the-art facility, optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing lead times. This technical expertise is vital as we partner with some of the world’s leading manufacturers.
02. Incoming parts inspection
Our dedicated staff thoroughly inspects all incoming deliveries to ensure that components arrive at Kun-Scalexuss in the same condition as when dispatched. Any discrepancies or issues identified are promptly communicated to the customer through our Quality Assurance department.
03. Streamlined Services Under One Roof
We offer a wide range of services, including Plating, Anodizing, Painting, Non-Destructive Testing, and Metallurgical and Chemical Laboratories, all under one roof. This integrated setup helps reduce lead times, transport costs, and delays. Parts can seamlessly transition between adjacent shops, streamlining processes and eliminating the need for costly transfers. Additionally, we coordinate with subcontractors to manage any external services required.
